They had a live Instagram session sometime last month and they entertained and answered questions asked by the aspirants. They also broke down the recruitment stages.

I won't even shade u back, obviously you lack proper conversation etiquette. I have researched their recruitment precess back and forth for 2020 not once have I seen a digital discovery centre. No company does all her recruitment activities using digital assessment all through, at one stage usually d final stage you must talk to real people either physically or online. Stage 3 is already a digital assessment, stage 4 can't be another digital assessment oga ... na lie, you have no idea what ur so-called digital discovery centre entail so stop misleading people. Digital discovery centre doesn't mean its gonna be another digital sometim

For those of us that will get the expected mail we will know what to do then...
For now pls you guy should go and be doing individual research and refrain urself from asking questions that are irrelevant or that you can just ask google.
If you must ask a question make it worthwhile

Stage four as presented below you will be having meetings with real people- Weda using a digital medium or physical medium u will sha be interacting with real people not a prerecorded digital assessment

3. Digital interview

What does discovery or assessment centre entails?

I never said assessment centre would be pre-recorded.

How can assessment centre even be prerecorded? It means you don't even know what assessment centre is.

The assessment centre this year will not be physical as against previous years. It would be done online.

You obviously didn't understand/comprehend the guy's info hence all this.

He never mentioned a prerecorded assessment centre. What he meant by digital is that the AC will be done online with human interactions. Many organizations are now running their recruitment using Virtual/digital AC.

Platforms like Skype, Teams, Zoom can be leveraged on.

Electronic assessment , also known as digital assessment , is the use of information technology in assessment such as educational assessment , health assessment ,psychiatric assessment , and psychological assessment . This covers a wide range of activity ranging from the use of a word processor for assignments to on-screen testing . Specific types of e-assessment include multiple choice, online/electronic submission, computerized adaptive testing and computerized classification testing.(Wikipedia)

it include tasks where the design, performance, and feedback must be mediated by technologies. the design includes the definition of competences to be assessed, as well as instructions about the task to be completed, including the use of electronic devices for its accomplishment(igi.global)- THE TERM DIGITAL ASSESSMENT has its definition and its often a prerecorded thing
