they should stop lieing that no PPE is one of the reasons why they are on strike..... allowances is the reason why they are going on strike.

Have you ever wondered why Nigerian Doctors are desired abroad?
Have you ever wondered why they are always successful in other countries
Nigerian Doctors are the most amazing people you would ever meet...
They sacrifice a lot and yet are underappreciated

Even if they sack all resident doctors in Nigeria which is not possible

The Nigerian Government will still owe the new doctors they'd hire...and still not give the new doctors PPE

Healthcare in Nigeria is a joke. A particular governor after building a so-called isolation centre in the southeast still ran to Abuja for Covid-19 treatment. Few years back, one ran to the UK to treat ear infection. The best the common man can do for himself is to stick to the rule of prevention and early checkup. No one really cares

Nigeria is a country where cows are more valued than human lives. Look at Nenelyn's narrative of how the father died out of carelessness of doctors. I suffered same thing when I had an accident and was taken to LUTH. The female doctor on duty didn't even notice that a human being was in pain. Now look at doctors embarking on industrial action in the midst of the overwhelming health challenges facing the nation.

Abroad just dey hungry me like mad. This our nation don dey scare me oo

Have you heard of the Hippocrates oath?
They swore to take care of themselves first so to be in the best shape to provide health services

A person owed allowances and not given PPE in not in the best state to attend to patients

Ask yourself this, why do Nigerian Doctors perform better abroad?

I smell enviousness or envy for someone who demands better pay and protection due to the huge risk in their jobs.

Who send you to no become Doctor?
If you think they are too grumpy, perhaps you must understand their working conditions are frustrating and can make any sane man behave unstable.

Nigeria is such a toxic society.

Too bad

Everybody just dey misbehave for this country

Essential workers don't go on strike

There are ways to channel their grievances

Not by staging a mass strike

Strike is the only language your deaf, dumb, and idiotic leaders understand... Nothing else gets their attention.

Shut up!
You think doctors should be providing masks, gloves and other PPE by themselves?
Do you think we don't want to stay alive?
do you think doctors care about money than staying alive?
do you think being paid allowances will protect our lives and the lives of our families?
Provision of PPE is more important to doctors than you think!!
