Oshiomhole would appeal this judgment and continue as Apc chairman, arrange the primary elections and select Ize Iyamho as Apc candidate.

The supreme Court will later upheld this judgment and declare everything Oshiomhole's lead NWC has been doing since March as null and void. Apc is disqualified from the election and the PDP candidate is handed the winning on a platter of gold..
