Here's my Redmi Note 9 Pro(Global Version).
I just unboxed yesterday, and tried updating like you asked, but from the screenshot below, it says no update available.

Plus, on my settings>>Display... I can't find an option to change my font, this default font is killing me..
To change font, u have to change region from Nigeria to India.

PS, Don't mind my Screen Guard, the one I ordered from AliExpress never arrive yet, and I can't seem to find any here in Benin City Nigeria.
I'll just manage that one until it arrives.

Hard reboot your device severally. Or Download Full ROM and Re-install manually.

Hey guys,

Please, a friend needs help. He bought a fairly used Redmi Note 8 and gave it to me to help him install some apps. However, I noticed that the first space of the device has no camera and theme app.

In fact, the basic theme in the device settings isn't clickable. So I went on to update the device to the latest version, still the problem persists. Everything works perfectly in the second space.

Kindly note that the device has no MI Account on it and has been used to snap photos in the past. A few other inbuilt apps aren't present too.

What could the problem be and how do we solve it? I will appreciate every input. Thanks!

hard reboot not reset. Mine is mi 9t faced same issue today but after doing it, my battery got normal
