A friend's Tecno cammon 11 can't receive call. If someone is calling it won't show on the phone, when the call ends he would now get a missed call notification.

Has anyone experienced this before.

Experienced similar issue last week, i use 2 Airtel lines on my Camon. Could be network.

Check your smart panel and deactivate call reject option.

I don’t think it slid the network- You should check your call settings, I feel the solution to the problem is right there.

check call setting but if you can't find it just back up your files and reset the phone

are u sure u v not mistakenly bare all incoming calls, it happens alot on andriod.

A friend had same problem with her Tecno pop 1 few months ago. Not even me could proffer a solution, she had to sell the device then.
You can try a complete rom flash or factory reset. These are two extreme measures. Only do these if all alternatives have been exhausted.

It's a very minor issue. You mistakenly held down a missed call notification and subsequently blocked calls from displaying over other apps.

Solution:
Go to settings, App manager, select 'Phone' app and then, select the 'Display over other apps and toggle the switch on(it would be off).

NB: Holding down the phone app from your home screen and then selecting 'app info' can still take you to the app manager, but this time right into the phone app manager.

your friend should have taken her device to carlcare for a fix.
