Recipe please

Cinnamon Roll Dough
½ cup milk warm (105 degrees F)
¼ cup + ½ tbsp granulated sugar divided
½ tbsp dry yeast
1 large eggs room temperature
3 tbsp butter melted
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
2¼ cups all-purpose flour
Pinch of sea salt
½ tsp ground cinnamon

Cinnamon Sugar Filling
½ cup brown sugar packed
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
3 tbsp butter softened

Mix your ½ tbsp sugar and warm milk together
Gently sprinkle the yeast on the milk mix, cover and allow to proof for 10mins
After 10mins, the mix will be foaming.
Add in your remaining sugar, egg, butter, vanilla, cinnamon and flour. Mix till a sticky dough is formed
Transfer to a floured surface and need for about 10 mins or till the dough is smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover and allow to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, deflate the risen dough. Roll on a floured surface into a rectangle shape.

Mix your cinnamon and brown sugar together for the filliing
Gently spread the filliing butter on the flattened dough surface
Sprinkle your cinnamon sugar mix over the dough. Give spaces on the edges.
Roll tightly from one edge to another. Seal the edge with water or egg. Pinch so it wouldn't loosen
Cut with a very sharp knife. Place the rolls in a buttered and floured pan or line your pan with parchment paper. Cover and allow to rise for 30 mins. While this is ongoing, preheat your oven to about 200 degree.
Coat/brush the risen dough with egg.
Bake till it is golden brown for some minutes (about 15 - 25 mins)

It is nice. Aesthetically pleasing. Na to taste am remain.

For the image, I think natural light could have helped more. That way I can take in the whole image at once. A white surface would help too.

I remember vividly when she asked me to cook it and also jollof rice for the whole house, lol even my dad was licking his hands.
