Whenever my laptop reaches, 28% it shut down immediately, and wont show any sign of booting, and when i plug it to llght, it on, and start charging from that 28%. Pls i need solution

The message 'window is not genuine' is coming from the Op rating system and not from office 2007. You're receiving it because the window image installed is a pirated copy and not the original one. I guess you're using window 7. Asking you to enter product is another thing entirely. It means your window is not activated. You can get product keys online or check the window 7 disk drive installer if you have any. You could as well use third-party tools to activate incase you're out of luck finding a functional product key.

I think office 2007 has a lifetime activation and so shouldn't have issues with activation.

Try the following:
1. Uninstall Battery ACPI driver under device manager and reboot

2. Remove the battery (if removable) and re insert while laptop charger is plugged in and working.

3. If problem persist then try another battery and another charger... One after the other.

I'm using win8pro, dell5500.

Lately, I start receiving a notification to update to latest window I ignored updating cos it work fine but now.........

1.My window is not operating atall, when I power it, it says "automatic repair window" and it wount show anything.
I try diagnosing it still it remain the same.

2.When I power it on, and I want to slide up the top rightly the screen light goes off, anything am operating upon will be open but the screen light z off.

That my 2major problem, I planning taking it to engineer but your take will make a change real.

The key board of my laptop is malfunctioning. If I press any key, it brings out different dialogue boxes. I can't type anything. Please help.

I tried to update my display drivers which is NVIDIA GEFORCE even Bluetooth audio is stubborn to update using drivers pack 17

For the sim slot if you can open your laptop first remove the battery and ground the motherboard by pressing the power button for 30 seconds.
Remove the back cover look for the wlan card beside it if is a wwan card if yours have the wwan card then you can use the sim by downloading the broadband driver but if there is no wwan card no matter the broadband driver you download it won't work unless you buy a wwan card and put it install it in the system by connecting the adapter to it
For the audio try updating the sound driver from the manufacturers website

looks like yours has swan card as it is rare.
Check the two cards the one at the bottom and the one near the battery one will be written wlan and another wwan but if there is another open space I'm not seeing the empty card port will be written wwan to signify its for wwan card.
After checking it close it if it has a wwan card you are good to go if it does not you have to buy the one provided by the manufacturer according to your specs or online at eBay.
As for the fingerprint I'm not sure

Wwan card is just like the wlan card which is the receptor for WiFi while wwan card is the antenna for a sim to work and receive broadband network

You are welcomed if you actually set it up you can't use it to call.
I will suggest instead of buying it and installing it why don't you buy a 4g USB modem or if you have money to spend, buy a mifi. If windows is your operating system you can make a call with the 4g USB modem, but the problem is that it is locked to a certain speed. And it's cheaper than buying the wwan card from foreign online shops
