Looks like it. They add butter and milk most of the time. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed it.

Sure I did enjoyed the mashed potatoes but I dislike fast food chicken here. It's so salty ( from the seasoning they use) didn't enjoy the chicken at all.

When I was little I watched adults cook yam pottage by boiling the white yam first then they will sieve out almost all the water before they now put all the ingredients and turn well the heat for a few minutes voila yam pottage.
Now I just add all the ingredients plus water before I even place on fire. Yam go done pottage go form by hersef. No time grin
