But Pogba's pass drew many Twitter admirers, with one user stating: 'This is insane. I said it before and I'll say it again, No one on that pitch could pull this off. Only Paul Pogba!'

Many were simply mesmerised by Pogba's incredibly skilful display, with one user stating: 'Nahh, what a pass. Pogba is unbelievable', while another said: 'Pogba is too much, look at the pass.'

Many other social media users also could not believe his skill, with one commenting: 'The quick glance and then half volley pass. Pogba you are a joke', while another added: 'This pass from Pogba though.. wow. Just... wow. There's not a lot of players in the world who can do that.'

Other users were also in awe and believe that the Frenchman is too easily criticised, with one stating: 'That pass from Pogba is outrageous. To hit that on the half volley perfectly in stride.

'Gets criticized week in, week out, but my word he is so gifted. Amazing to watch.'

Pogba's cameo however did not come in a winning cause as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side missed the chance to go level on points with fourth-place Chelsea.

In one part criticizing people for being wowed by the pass and in the other admitting that you used to be wowed by a particular player (Scholes) who used to do those. Simply meaning it is wow-worthy.
