I'm currently the only one at home right now and is not as if I can't go out if I want to. The problem is I don't want to and this is how I have been most of my life and I like it.

So my question is for the married introverts here, how did you meet your spouse? Did you have to behave outgoing or you where just being yourself when it happened.

For those who don't mind you can also share with us how long it's been now and how you knew he or she was the one.

I'm not actually ready for marriage now but I'm just asking because I want to start preparing myself. I don't want to get to the bridge and realize it's actually not a bridge but a tunnel or elevator.

There is this saying that "if Mohammed does not go to the mountain, the mountain will come to Mohammed." How true is this? Should I wait for her to come to me when it is time?

Please take your time to answer, I like reading so I don't mind if your answer is long.

OP, some introverts have no qualms approaching a potential love interest, their problem is usually limited options because of their limited social interactions. Relationships tend to start organically, they often meet their SO at work, school, church/mosque etc.

I met him while shopping for atarodo (red pepper) at our local market lol he was a bachelor, just got into the state mins ago, then bumped into him. He is an extreme introvert like myself.

It took me the Grace of God to say " Hey I know you" lol apparently we attended same Higher institution, but he was 2 years ahead. I was able to recognize him because he was the former Mr BAM then. Lol

Anyways, it was all planned by God...i prayed to God so much to meet my God ordained husband that year and that exact month using a vow, also promised to pay another vow at the beginning of next month if I can meet him that very month, and just towards the end of that month as I was about giving up, but the God of 11th hour, the God that answereth by fire, the Only True God brought him into my life. God answered me...i am still amazed!!! Like God really really cares that much for me.

We met at work. Honestly we both were ready to settle down, and I think it worked for us.
Now married, both of us run back home soon as we are done with work. We are our own crowd and groove. We both can remain indoors for the entire year without stepping out of the house.

I'm an introvert too. I'm enjoying this lock down to the fullest, I wonder how people get tired of staying indoors. I am very calculated and like to think over something very well b4 taking action and a lot of people mistake it for fear or that I'm shy but it's not true. Issues like age difference or even how dress can stop me from approaching you. I no dey fear class(if u like be Bill Gates daughter), if I'm single and you enter my eye and from my observation nothing do you. I will drop unexpectedly like bird shît and shoot my shot with R2 curve.

I’m not an introvert per se, but that lifestyle of this party today... that groove tomorrow... that club by the weekend. It’s not my thing at all.

I feel better with people who don’t mind staying at home all day. Let all the fun happen at home... gist, laugh, cook, watch movies... games, host the friends...

Am an introvert. What i can say about my self is, i am not shy, but i love being alone, i hate noicy enviroment, and quacking sound when the place is quiet. I can entertain my self like, thing of joke that make me laugh, when am board i can amuse my self by my self. Day dreaming makes me happy. I don,t double date, i am satisfy with my girl friend. She gave me alot of green ligh before i approach her, i love her but she loves me the most, she,s an extrovert i met her in the church she did more of the toasting. I cant cheat on her because i dont aproach girls, girls don,t aproach me but they admire me from afar. Am a motivation speaker because i read and meditate. Am so choosy, i form alot(shakara) i have good idealogy, i can give out brain stormy ideas. I Am alergic to crowd like, standing 10 metre away from them and observing what they do . I love sex

Can't really say I'm an introvert but I really don't have friends apart from few selected ones. Don't like parties and all. Prefer to stay indoors and get busy with work.

But I can suddenly become an extrovert when I'm with someone who knows me so well.
