I think you are new to political happenings in Nigeria, prior to 2015 elections. Ask for the tape of the happenings then in Senate and the encounter between Senate President then, Senator David Mark., when the Senate president, refused to announce the names of 40 PDP senators, who decamped to Apc and you are telling me Saraki never decamped.

PDP is not petitioning based on whether he restrained Obaseki or not but on the fact that the court does not have jurisdiction to entertain the matter in the first place, based on which the judge would have returned it to the chief judge of the federal high court for it to be reassigned to either the federal high court Abuja or Benin which have jurisdiction to hear the matter. The matter will either struck out or reassigned on Thursday on grounds of jurisdiction. This is despite the fact he did not restrain Obaseki from contesting.
