If these thefts persist at Grimaldi it means something is wrong somewhere., Because Grimaldi is reputable and has good security surveillance.
Most of the theft is always at cotonou.
Vessels on their water for a long time gives room for their thieves to prey on vehicles at random.

The best one can do is to ensure that your agent liase with a security guard by giving chasis number of the vehicle to keep watch as soon as vessel discharged.

No platform . Or you simply go to sallaum schedule which shows vessel expected and vessels that has berthed.

He said he would "transmire from 5 star to claron at Mile 2 for the car to quickly come out"

Transhire to Clarion , I can’t really guaranteed 2days delivery at 5star as an agent but I can guarantee 4days at 5star cos they are not as fast as Grimaldi . Secondly Clarion terminal is at Alakija and not mile 2 and the 2days delivery you have been guaranteed is not feasible as your agent will still have to undergo some shipping company process to have your car released at the shipping company in 5star before proceeding to clarion where customs process is been handled by who he would delegate the customs process to , so all this takes time and even before your vehicle get to clarion terminal , we don’t know how fast it will be , so just have 5days in mind .

This claim thing na scam joor. Same way they stole my Avalon key fob last year and Grimaldi is offering to pay $60 for a key I purchased for 60k..... Make person just count his losses abeg.

it works. They paid me claim of 110k for key fob about 3yrs ago. Also paid me 50k claims for key fob few months ago. But it needs follow up.
