Hello, please can you explain what content tool means? I sent in an application yesterday but for a different subject. Anyway, I was wondering if when one's application is approved, one can choose to only answer questions offline. I'm not exactly available for online tutoring.

The content tool is the portal where you get questions to answer.

You can't access the portal offline.
