Oga, no OLevel holder applied for breach in the last batches. The least qualification then was NCE. How would Olevel have applied when results were screened then?
If an undergraduate has the NCE, OND or hnd, I dont see any problem here if such undergraduate applies, for as long as he does his work.

Forget N-Tech bro/sis, go for n-teach and earn your 30k monthly for a year or two. Those I helped select n-Tech years ago later regretted not going for n-teach, you will be dumped may be after few months and the training isn't something out of this world. Whatever N-Tech offers you, you can pay for it and get it outside from monthly stipend which will serve longer for n-teach category. There is no training n-tech will give u that you can't pay for by yourself after few months of saving from the stipends.
