These anambra touts are just nuisance, so so useless.

Must they go into every thread to display their childish and nuisance behavior?

When people show pictures of development in Kano, Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Kaduna, Yola or any state in Nigeria, the low self-esteem anambra nuisance people will show up with their anambra rubbish to derail.

Why not just stay in your dead and boring anambra update thread where people don't even bother going to?

I don't even get the hatred and jealousy over another Igbo state, these nuisances are the reason why they say there's no Igbo unity.

Very disgusting people.

You are actually unintelligent. And , no , we are not disgusting because I don't know how many people you are addressing, ppunk!

I don't understand, why is it taking it too hard to pay workers and pensioners?
Did our allocation decrease over night?
Where is this problems from?

I still don't get the reason for the non-payment. Are there ghost pensioners just like the civil servants case? How long will it take Hope to correct whatever anomaly? Anyone that is close to Hope should tell him he is starting on the wrong footing here.

On a side note, the background of that pix shows a kind of beauty and neatness of Owerri. I hope that spreads to other towns in the state

why are these roads so narrow....

God will punish Imo State Governors from Achike Udenwa to Ikedi Ohakim to Rochas and to this slowpoke named Hope Uzodinma
Please ooo, owerri has wide roads, dual carriages everywhere, in terms of road width owerri is one of the best cities.

PH -Assumpta road

Who's the man in white? He is obviously doing a great job.

If you know him in person, please tell him that we appreciate his effort.

More importantly, let him know that Imo people want the Rochas' China road era to end in the Uzodinma administration. His name is Hope; he should mirror his name.

So, we are banking on him (the man in white) and his team to deliver high-quality infrastructure that will stand the test of time. They should not take up projects that they cannot complete, please.

May God bless him for his relentless efforts to restore the pride of Imo State.

His name is Ralph Nwosu, commissioner for works.
Sadly I don't know him in person.

I've heard a lot about these complaints of developing Owerri and leaving other zones, and I agree that they are right.

However, I will like to know. Is there any particular reason for this? The governors who made these error are not from Owerri zone, is there any reason why they decided to abandon their regions?

We all know it's not because Owerri has the voting population to turn things around. If it was so, Ihedioha would have become governor long time ago. As Amah70 rightly said, if all the allocations for Imo state are being spent on the capital and looking at the current state of that capital, one begins to wonder, where do all the money go? Is Construction work in Owerri so expensive to gulp all the fund allocated for 27 local governments?

Why have the governors from ORLU and OKIGWE zone always refused to bring development to their zones?

Please, those knowledgeable about this should help us out

Rochas Okorocha was responsible for making Owerri the only town to develop in Imo state.

Because Okorocha never had good formal education, when he became governor, he took to government house the native dispute he had with a traditional ruler from Orlu during the 1990s. As governor, he saw the whole of Orlu and people in it as enemies.
That’s Iberiberism that brought him Ohashierism which has now paralyzed Okorocha politically.

All those things he built in his village are now in ruins, nobody wants to touch them - even with wearing gloves and masks.

Oga, move on...

Rochas is no longer the governor.

Focus on the present and dwell less on the past.

You even said that a 2-time governor and serving senator has been paralyzed politically. I think I need help with the new meaning of paralysis.

People should stop blaming the previous administration for whatever the present government does because leadership is about being in charge and taking responsibility.

More importantly, every serious leader must have a development blueprint before elections.

There's a new catholic university in Amaigbo Nwangele LGA called Azione Verde University.
The work commissioner visited it, and promised to construct the road leading to it.
Please I need more information about this institution, who knows it?

If you like, establish 200 PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES in an area, but they can’t bring human and economic development to the area, compared with the huge human and economic development ONE GOVERNMENT UNIVERSITY can bring to the same area.
Evidences are all over the world .

Guy, senator Okorocha is politically paralyzed without PMB he is clutching to for survival this time ..

Okorocha who dedicated 8 years as governor to fight against Orlu, destroy govt infrastructures, including IMSUTH, stadium, fire service station, even scrapped roads of Orlu..

He went to the Senate by force, there he told fellow senators to address him as Senator of Federal Republic of Nigeria, not as Senator for Orlu senatorial zone. Because the name Orlu is enemy to him.

When will Okorocha start to bring constituency projects to his senatorial constituency?

Move on with sense, not with blindness.

No matter how you twist, sugarcoat and salt your words Okorocha remains the best Governor in history of Imo State without any close challenger except Mbakwe. Take it anywhere or anyhow the point stays same and remains undeniable. If you care I can get you reminder photos of your Orlu taken 2010 and 2011 as well as those taken after Okorocha changed the face.

I dont know if you are from Imo , therefore I am hesitant to tell you who your people are! Anambra is not a state to play with. We are too imortant for Igbo land and Nigeria.

"odious" , "nauseating" and "unintelligent" are not the proper adjectives to describe Anambra. E pain you die!

I want to let Ndi Imo do their thing and maintain order here. That way you dont say I am jealous of you and want to disrupt your deliberations. I wish you guys the best but take this from me....without Anambra, Igbo has no culture , no civilization , no elegance, no food.

Its very disrespectful to keep reply a nonentity like you. Anambra is a land of noble from Aguleri to Onicha , to Idenmili, to Nnewi, to Ihiala to Awka....its a mighty land and you will die of hate and inferiority

Blueprint?
If we make you governor of Imo state tomorrow and you have a BLUEPRINT of investing about 98% of your development efforts on development of Owerri capital territory, like Okorocha did, you are a big CLOWN in politics. How many votes or support come from Owerri capital territory? Most of the Imolites living in Owerri capital territory look at what development projects done in their LGAs outside Owerri, they don’t care a hoot about your ten lane roads in Owerri capital territory.

Onyeagocha and other Owerri people made Rochas Okorocha an unwanted man in Owerri.

No saner person in Orlu wants to hear Rochas Okorocha considering the way Rochas abandoned or destroyed existing development projects of government in Orlu.
Define political paralyses via a vis Rochas Okorocha politics in Imo state.

Lol, I was waiting for someone to say this,
Harvard is a private university imagine the human development it has brought about in USA,
and here in Nigeria, schools like Covenant Uni and Afe Babalola university have brought about huge human and economic development. Maybe not up to federal universities but more than a lot of Nigerian state universities
