I bake them in two trays and then mix them. I make one harder and darker than the other. I prefer them to the fried ones in recent times. Besides, the fried one is hard for me to make. It foams too much and I don't know if it is the butter, egg, or milk that causes that.

Torn between French Toast and Pancakes. So I improvised by making the Pancakes and turning them into Cinnamon French Toast topped with Banana and Whip Cream with Ham and Spinach Omelette. A cup of Hot chocolate with Whip Cream.
