Lol.. I tire o. Even my first sentence advised against remarking R and L.
ThowLou:

It clearly stated, remarking for reading and listening is a gamble. Everyone knows you can remark writing and speaking.

Yes i got it sorted. I opened another profile with a different email address and viola, there wasn't any issue. The other profile that had issues, i noticed i opened it last year and didnt proceed with the submission. Maybe thats the reason i had that issue

Please, I’d like to know if the biometrics office in Abuja is open and how to go about booking an appointment. Cheers

VFS in Nigeria is open for some visa applications but NOT for Canada applications.

Canada has approved opening in certain countries (Nigeria isn't there yet). Until they do, no biometrics here yet.

Good day All, please can you change NOC after you receive nomination from a province b4 you get ITA?

For example 0122(banking mgrs) was used in Manitoba EOI Submission b4 nomination and after nomination you want to change to 6235(fin sales Rep) in EE profile because your it aligns more with your reference letter.

Thanks in advance for your inputs.

I don't think is possible to change. The province nominated you on that particular NOC. If you change it, you'll receive ADR and ppossible rejection.

Omg. What a fantastic result messed up by W. Apply for remark please. Seems you have maxed out for S. But you have to try remarking W and S.

Maybe that's what I should do too. I opened my profile last year and didn't proceed as well. If I use another email, what happens to my documents that have already been sent and had my previous file number on it?

In my own opinion, I think remarking W alone should be ok, so as not to create an impression of being too desperate to get his/her money back. 8.5 in S is just too good to be added for a remark!

Some pages back, I must have read about someone who remarked W alone, and she got a score increase, 6.5 to 7.5.

Bro, no offence meant please. I'm just trying to illustrate vividly how the situation presented by your question actually is. In Yoruba, it's described as "ònà la ti fi èrú gba ìbùkún".

More like, you're an officer X, who, as a major step in landing a job in a certain reputable establishment, went to a public figure that you never knew before to seek help in endorsing you as that officer X to this establishment owned by his father. After getting your approval as an Officer X and in between your way back to that Estab, you decided you as an Officer Y seems much more comfortable to you. Then, you presented the endorsement document (from the owner's son) as an Officer X alongside other ones claiming that you're an Officer Y to the recruiting team at this said Estab. I want to believe you should know this is a clear case of misrepresention and in the real situation which is this Canada waka, there are dire consequences that might put paid to your ambition.

My honest advice is, don't even give that idea any further thought. Go few pages back and you will see posts by @Mamaroon of Misrepresentation Cases that seemed simple and non-intentional but all ending up in rejections.

Please don't try it. Your application will be rejected for NOC mismatch. However, you can combine NOCs. Make sure you use the one in your nomination certificate as primary NOC, then add other NOCs you may have as secondary NOC(s)

Let me share my mid-term testimony. I got my ECA report this morning and it was sent to IRCC 2 days after I lost 5 points to age. I am undeterred as I will keep pressing on. IELTS is also in the pocket(maxed out at the first attempt). Who can direct me to where to get swimming trunks so I can dive in....... I am willing to explore all options though. I want to appreciate this group, you guys have been fantastic. Please who knows which province regularly takes paralegals/Legal researchers NOC 4211?

I simulated my scores with spouse unaccompanied and got 452 but with spouse's 2 or more certificate and IELTS CLB7,We got 450. I am confused as I thought spouse should add points and not deduct.

Please do I need to search for my NOC base on my work experience or with my profession? Because I studied urban and regional planning but not a registered town planner yet.

I believe it is your work experience, your job duties must match with the relevant NOC. It is only SASK as a province that mandates qualifications to match NOC.

Select all provinces as you are entering the pool. Any of them can send an NOI at any time
