Yes I agree they could have still died.

But the point was that they were in the position to improve health care and they eventually had to use the same facilities they neglected....

Kyari was 1) old, 2) had co-exisitng condtions like diabetes 3) also had asthma. Covid was just the icing on the cake.

Ajimobi was over 70....a big risk on its own, even without other conditions.

Yes, I agree governments past and present should have fixed the hospitals. Yes, they should have fixed our economy. But in this case, even if they did all that....it won't have made a difference. People are dying in countries with A grade health facilites. UK that spent five times our naitonal budget on health alone still has a higher death rate than we do.

That's how scary this virus is.

US with all its developed health facilities has almost 130k deaths from covid-19.
UK has almost 50k deaths.

Thesame world class facilities in China, US, UK ... etc that could not save thousands of their own citizens from covid19 death would not have saved ajimobi or kyari even if they could have travelled out.

So his Doctor can't advise him to stay off any file, cos he will seats comfortably at home sending virus to his aides and staff. Those one will in turn send the virus to their love ones.
