I think you should appeal the verdict and send all the screenshot. Preferably use a pc to screenshot them pages and forward it to them.
I believe appeal can be made within 7 days. Oga Jboixxx, Abi?

I'm not sure that's the final verdict though. He can still update his proposal to include screenshots from other tracking sites, there must be a mistake somewhere! However, if that screenshot he attached is the final verdict, then he should use the appeal option.

An evidence from his PO that he hasn't collected the package will be to his advantage. Oga, AliExpress doesn't accept court affidavit o but confirmation of none receipt of item from PO.
