They will do well in certain matches, but not sure they would have done as good as what with saw with Fred and Matic/McTominay before the break. I am not saying those ones are better, but I will be watching for more combination of midfielders in different situations.

My initial plan was to single both with 15k each before those guys gave me those village tips this morning

12 months ago Manchester United would’ve likely lost a game like this. Now with Fernandes, and Pogba, they can break teams down that sit back effectively. Still improvements to be made, but certainly on the right path.

Not exactly, there was plenty of intelligence in that goal. It is not easy to execute such a swift counter with few touches from box to box and the ball is in the net. There has to be accuracy and precision. Proper decision making too.

As for pace, I will be watching out this midfield ability against a high tempo team like Leicester, Liverpool. First let us see how they fare against Chelsea in the FA cup
