My first attempt at OFE OHA.

My 'tasters' said it was too thick and the leaves were much. I actually added some uziza leaves cos I'm in love with the aroma those leaves give my soup

ujuju soup is peculiar to mostly Anioma people of Delta state,and they're a minority tribe.
So that's why people don't really post it.

It's quite simple.
If you know how to cook ogbono soup,you'll know how to cook this one.
When you get the ujuju leaf,you pick it and then boil the leaf till it's soft.
Then you strain it,and mash with mortar and pestle.
Add a small quantity of palm oil when mashing it.
Then you set it aside and boil your meat and all your other stuffs.
Just before you put your ogbono in the soup,you add the mashed ujuju.
