I trusted the AD believing that ADS on Nairaland come from credible sources, not knowing any cyber criminal can just pay for an Ad, and have his/her Ad displayed, just for monetory reasons.


Anyways I blame my gullible self for trusting the stupid Nairaland.

Nairaland didn't scam you. You just failed to carryout due diligent before paying the guy. Whether ad or not, you don't just trade with someone you don't know without escrow.
