This is the judgement from AliExpreess
What should i do?
Should i cancel nd reopen the dispute?
Because they sent me a message after my BP expired that i still have 15days to file a disput
Did the BP actually run out before you opened the dispute? Notice that phrase in the message: "since your package is still in transit time"

The "BP running out but item still in transit" reason is usually valid when BP has run out and there is tracking evidence in support of the claim. You may have to attach screenshots of the tracking as evidence that the item is still in transit.

I just cancelled the disput nw
Then opened dispute again
The judgement is still invalid
Why will the judgement be invalid when my BP has truly runs out?

Most likely that was the culprit. Either the system registered the dispute at the exact time you filed it or an representative picked up the case earlier than usual.

According to the screenshot, it has already reached Nigerian soil - INSERT ITEM INTO DOMESTIC BAG. They will want you to wait to receive it. Sadly the BP has ran out and in case you do not eventually recieve it (which may be due to lost item in transit within Nigeria or it was meant for a different address within Nigeria), it'll be too late to open dispute after 15 days has elapsed. Even disputes for delivered but damaged items, wrong items, false description or substandard/fake items which will be valid if you prove it well may be too late to open if you don't get your order within the next 7 days.

When items are taking too long for delivery, I usually generously ask sellers for BP extension of not less than 30 days at a go. I have nothing to lose if I receive the parcel a day after the approval of extension, and in case things go south, 30 days is long enough to pull any strings with the seller before I go the dispute way.

At times along the line, the seller may promise to re-send the item. If I'll agree to that, I usually give the condition that the seller first extend BP for the current item in dispute, then ship another one with correct evidence. Then I cancel the dispute. Meanwhile the BP for the two will now be running concurrently. Within few days, I should be able to decipher from my end if the tracking number he provided for the new item is indeed valid and destined for Nigeria.

So either way, it's still a win win for me.

You may have to wait. Just hope that the system updates promptly within the next one week so that even if you don't lay hands on it in the next 5 days, you'll at least be sure of the final destination within Nigeria. If the update shows the final destination for pick up as your town, then it's 95% sure that the parcel is yours and you should wait for PO to contact you or you visit them yourself.

On the flip side (rare cases of useless sellers), the pickup town may be updated as another state far from yours. That is 90% probability that it was indeed meant for another buyer in Nigeria. The remaining 10% probably due to NIPOST delivery error.

Re: This Thread Is Only For Aliexpress Shopper by Gmajor(m): 9:25am On Jul 03, 2020
Guys, is it now safe to buy from Ali express?
Are items being delivered in a timely fashion especially if you use shipping methods that are not Aliexpress standard shipping?

Stop stressing yourself. The response was/is, wait more 7days, then just wait. After the 7days, it might be extended or have it validated. Just edit your proposal by adding screenshots from different tracking page and you're ok.

I hardly add screenshots to my case of logistics and it's either I get valid response or be asked to wait more days, which shouldn't be an issue.

There's no safe/safer time to buy on AliExpress in this COVID-19 era. I've been buying since March for myself and clients; I've had 15 and about 30+ delivery days(using same AliExpress Standard Shipping) and some are still counting 90s and 110s within this timeline. So, buy if you can wait 90days.

Guys just an advice. My package showed despatched to overseas on 23rd of May and then arrived destination country on the 29th of June. I knew it has arrived Nigeria and I was waiting for them to call me at the post office in ikeja the next day because that's the usual thing. But suddenly it went back to despatched to overseas on 23rd of May, and I was confused. I just checked the post office now and the package has been there since 30th of June.
Moral lesson: check the post office after one month from despatched overseas if you shipped your package with AliExpress standard shipping and it showed despatch overseas

I'm just tired of AliExpress Standard Shipping. Maybe they have agreement with Singapore Post and doing anything otherwise might cost them heavily. That's my thinking cuz some sellers de talk sey, na only Singapore Post de avail if buyer picks AliExpress Standard Shipping method.
