Residents of Road D at the World Bank Housing Estate Umuahia, Abia state were thrown in fear and apprehension as one of the occupants woke up on Thursday morning to discover a fetish sacrifice in front of his gate.

The man whose name is yet to be ascertained at the time of this report, lives with his family of four children and wife and is said to have lived in the street for close to a decade now and has not been troublesome, nor members of his family.

The sacrifice which has a small coffin with two eggs and a red clothing material was placed a couple of inches away from the gate of the house while a white powered substance was sprayed all over the area the coffin was placed and onto the street.

Eyewitness account revealed that the family, as well as residents of the street who discovered the fetish sacrifice, were thrown into a panic while efforts were made to reach family members who were yet to open their gate for the day to alert them of the strange fetish things at their gate.
