I made my statement cos most people on the 1st page where already concluding the gal was lying and based on the info I had as at then I didn’t understand how they got to their conclusions. Dude posted some explanation on twitter which he shouldn't have before speaking to a lawyer. He admitted they had sex when they were drunk. He remembered the incident and explained clearly how everything happened. I don't know of many drunk people that can explain an incident that happened a night before.
