Unfortunately, harsh past exeprience has taught us to be extremely suspicious of politicans holding high positions who own properties...even when they can afford it.

Maybe the person that read and explained to you what the Minister wrote, forgot to tell you that, he said his earnings as a professor in Saudi Arabia, was far much higher than what he presently earns as a minister. He didn't also tell you that the minister was equally a business man?
