Lmao. You are funny. I use Laser (extra virgin olive oil) for my stew. Power oil for extracurricular frying.

Kings/Turkey brand used to be my fav, never knew they have so deteriorated.

there was a time I saw an agric article online where the whites created an artificial garden good enough to grow yam

- Wash and boil it.
- When it is done, you will see some patches of oil floating on top, it will also be softer.
- Sieve out the water, transfer it to a mortar and pound.
- You can use a food processor too.
- Pour warm water into it, squeeze and sieve out the extract.
