Tropical Vibe... invited some friends home for lunch.
On table was :

1...Mango Salsa
2...Creamy coconut stew
3...Coconut rice
4...Fruits.

Mango Salsa

INGREDIENTS
● Diced mango
●Small onions diced
●Tomatoes diced
●Juice from lemon (half)
●1 tbsp olive oil
●Salt
●pepper.(White or Black ) Not hot
●parsley (optional)

Toss together and serve... very sweet. Give a try kiss
