1. Are there any guidelines for hiring on this section? I'm about to contract someone and I'm trying to be very careful.

2. I'm looking for sample pictures of front and back doors. The ones I've been seeing are shiny/glistening. I don't really dig those.
The front door will be temporary, we intend to change it when the project is completed. But back door, permanent.

3. What makes a functional, beautiful , modern/contemporary kitchen? I've been asked what I want but can't really put my thoughts together. What are the basics, please? I would appreciate pictures too.

just a suggestion: do a concrete casting(pillar) there, make sure they dig to the foot of the fence..note: problem might be from tree roots but a concrete casting(pillar) should solve that..that edge should have a concrete cast. Just my opinion sir

It's the soil.
There is a popular known remedy: make a concrete pillar with rods in between both fences.

Its simple.
There is no concrete reinforced pillar there.
I have always advised clients to avoid the use of blocks as pillars on fence especially for 6 inches block. Concrete reinforced pillars still remain the best any day anytime. It creates a firm bond with strong force that can't allow such tear or shear damage at the joints...

What does standing for SURETY mean to you?
What remedy do you get from the surety, if things dont work out?

- Refund of your Money?
- Report him to the Surety and maybe he will talk to him? What if he refuses?

I asked these questions so that you and the surety know exactly what you are both agreeing to.
I have seen situations where the surety said: Did l collect money from you, please stop disturbing me.
I dont like arguements.

Having said that, l have not heard any bad reviews about Adedward on this Thread.
