Very correct point. I don't believe any reasonable soldier would spare any boko haram terrorists in the name of arresting. Infact suspected boko haram self will be shot . So long as you are in the midst of terrorists, you all get killed with no mercy. I also suspect the top military officers and some other corrupt politicians just pack some bunch of miscreants from no where and call them repentant boko haram just to use them to get money from the govt and claim rehabilitation. It's extremely abnormal and hard to believe that you will arrest a terrorist and pardon them for whatever reason. How do you even arrest terrorists when you are supposed to go all out to kill them.
