Islie:We are not surprised about it, Trump is very terrible and he is a nuisance. What do u expect? Since pple of USA voted him, I knew that his administration would be surrounded with controversies. He does not deserve all the opportunities he has, but God does what he likes. He should withdraw, when another president comes, USA will join back. 1 Like 1 Share |

Annie001: Oga please, you take the title of world super power and we will recognize you - entitlement mentality kee u there - oh, so the US taxpayers should continue funding rubbish just to get the benefit of being called a super power while their purse is bleeding abi? and to think America is not being appreciated for anything is disgusting. The other day some people here on nairaland were celebrating that corona virus is killing Americans and all sort of derogatory names was used to describe America - I was appalled. How can a people be so insensitive? Oga I am an American tax payer so I have a right to tell you to hold your Buhari accountable for the way health care is run in Nigeria and other African citizens have a right hold other African leaders accountable. Ordinary Ear infection, Buhari ran away to treat it in the UK, this is the same man that campaigned against medical tourism before he was elected in 2015. When any dares to criticize that, you call him names like IPOB, wailers, and some stu pid adjectives Ordinary protest called by Sowore (who I am not a fan of) was sabotaged by you people - the very people he wanted to redeem - and most people here were celebrating his incarceration like they won a lottery some here were saying things like Sowore’s brain will hit a factory rest when mosquito eats him up and such post got a minimum of 200 likes - that was so disgusting. And you think Americans don’t read comment here ? I mean Americans that have the ability and capacity to show these things to the state department? And who sees such comments about them and be so willing to continuously help those people taking cheap shots at them ? if you can’t fix your country - and you attack fellow citizens who are attempting to fix the country in their own small way, AND you find it so convenient to demonize President Trump for defining your country for what it is- “ a sh it h o le” then PUT UP YOUR BIG BOY PANTS AND STOP TAKING AID FROM AMERICA AND BE PROUD OF YOUR CORRUPT NATION AND HER LEADERS AND LIVE WITH THE CONSEQUENCES. America is not your father - be responsible and take charge of your future and have some shame African man! 2 Likes 1 Share |

rottennaija:the only avenue for any world power collapse is when they cut their defense budgets maybe for other sectors of their economy lacking. Now look at the USA, does it look like they will reduce their defense budget anytime soon. USA will remain a world power much longer than the UK was. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Annie001: you will never see reasons with what i said because you live in a society where the entitlement mentality reigns supreme. Let me ask you a question - do you work at Julius Berger and receive Salary at NPA? nope, that is abnormal - America is for Americans and Nigeria is for Nigerians. IF AMERICA GIVES NIGERIA AID, it is a privilege NOT a right! The way you are reasoning and responding here is making it look like America owes the world the debt of taking care of the world because of her status of being a super power - nope, we don’t owe the world that debt, In fact Russia, UK, Germany, China and even France are super powers in their own right. economically and otherwise SO WHY SHOULD AMERICA ALONE BEAR THE BURDEN of helping every other country in the world? There is poverty too in America - there are homeless Americans everywhere in the cities. This is why Trump won as president - we want our resources to be used in making life better for fellow citizens. Yes - I have benefits as a tax payer - things like tax refund - but that’s a little fraction of what I paid. 80% of what I paid is still with the government from where they send you aid in Africa and you end up calling us names here on nairaland Oga- the average American is tired of funding dullards ruling African countries who embezzle with impunity - we will stop the aid so that when you see TINUBU, ATIKU or ORJI KALU on the ballot in 2023, you will think twice and look for maybe a SHEHU SANNI, SOWORE, FELA DUROTOYE or EZEKWESILI to vote for who can at least offer fresh ideas that can move the country forward take care! 2 Likes 1 Share |

wunmi590:If WHO has done their homework very well, The whole world won't be ravaged by this pandemic... Before putting up your post, do you know the same WHO covered up and shade away the awareness created by a Chinese Doctor who first told the whole world that CoronaVirus was an airborne virus and can be transmitted from human to human?? That was around November last year when the Virus was still at minimal cases in Wuhan city alone...Do you also know the said Doctor was immediately arrested and his license withdrawn?? Do you also know if not for WHO, the lives of over half a million people around the globe would have been averted?? Do you also know the POTUS has been receiving alot of backlash for the error caused by WHO even after funding the organization with trillions of dollars for years?? If you know all this and still blame Donald Trump from withdrawing their support to WHO because he felt the organization has been weaponize by the Chinese for mass destruction, then I think you should remove those cobwebs in your head... 1 Like |

Annie001: I believe one major benefit of presidency of Donald Trump is that America should stop spoon feeding the world. Everyone should be responsible for themselves. This spoon feeding has allowed impoverished nations not to mature and develop. In fact I believe Trump's policy is of benefit to these countries to mature. For over 30years the one I know. US past presidents have not meant well by making these nations to be lazy. Even developed nations still depend on the US like NATO. So Trump is right. Everyone should answer him papa name. 1 Like 1 Share |

Slynation: China is a country that is well know to hoard information to their citizens and by and large to the world at large. I do not expect America to depend on China for information that could affect Americans. The information on Covid 19 should have been available to American intelligence community like CIA. If WHO has failed, the whole has failed including America because WHO is populated by some Nationals including Americans. |

Dalby: Did you know that after the pandemic broke out in China, the WHO went to China, after an investigation the concluded the virus has no H2H transmission, that is it is not communicable. That is a colossal failure by WHO. But you want us to blame Trump instead of holding China and WHO accountable for their actions. So how do we believe WHO has not conspired with China to cripple world economy and take over? 1 Like 1 Share |

Xtianvic: Trump is directly responsible for the Corona decimation in America While it was expected that covid will eventually enter the US It would not have been this disastrous only if he was more proactive. That said China was dishonest (as they always are) about the severity of this pandemic and did not talk in time so we have a global co ordinate response That's their fault And they will be punished for it in due course China wont escape it |
