No week goes by without at least 3 to 4 network outage that lasts at least 3 hours.

Sometimes, you have 4G LTE but finding it difficult to load a page or watch a video.

Then as if that’s not enough, you subscribe 6gb binge data meant for 7 days, under 3 days it’s finished. Not to talk of their monthly data.

I just tire.

If you contact them on twitter to complain about the poor network, they will as you to provide the sim number. Pls since when did poor network become a sim problem?

For the record, I use two of their sims. One on Android, and another on an iPhone. So it’s definitely not a sim issue. Neither is it a phone problem.

Still on their Twitter page, you will find lots of people complaining of the same problem.

I almost damaged my phone last night thinking my phone had issues not knowing it's a national tragedy.

Nawa o. I think it depends on your location cos I use Airtel and it works perfectly.

I downloaded a 1.2g torrent file in ten minutes with Airtel two nights ago.Location: Abeokuta

Airtel network is fast no doubt, but it’s highly unstable and unreliable.

Its fast this minute, and the next you can’t open a single page. Then next thing you see, out of service. After that, you have service buh 4G has disappeared leaving 3G which still can’t open a page.

The frustration is just too much.

Brother na your area be that ooo. Airtel is blazing for my side but since you complained to them on Twitter; u should give them your number cos e fit be say dey wan call u to get your address and other information wey dem go need handle the issue.
