None. No pc suite. Drag the files to your PC.

Or use xender.

You need root to backup app data though.

It wouldn't read sim card. I got myself a semi dope and semi shitty refurbished phone,even the camera pictures quality for indoor pictures is shitty.
I've called store and I'm returning it to get back my money.

Redmi 8A picture is never good. You should try and place your SIM card well. Hope you didn't cut it?

I think what he meant with 'tweaking' are things like rooting, flashing custom ROMs and the likes. If you don't care about that and just want an all-round good device, get the Note 9.
