The current crop of governors under the anticorruption regime are completely useless. It's nearly 2 years and many of them don't have any form of achievement. Corona has given them a new opportunity to remain useless for another 1-2 years. As per the Abeokuta governor, dude should just remain in Abeokuta and continue to commission his substandard projects there.
