Am still 20 with no life � I can't go into University cause of financial problem am thinking of learning a skills .. someone mentioned computer programming to me .am considering applying for an apprenticeship in computer programming ..am talking about choosing a career here .am asking if computer programming is a good choice to take ..or is there any other good skills I could learn .. please I need your opinion I don't want to make a mistake

Yes it's good. You can start learning. Get a job and then get a computer science degree on a part time basis. Tech is one field you are judged first on what you can do and not who you know or where you are from.

It is actually a good career path if you can endure the pain and the difficulty that come with it.

Time consuming and brain tasking,coding is not easy... But aside that programming language is one of the best career choice out there.I advice you start with Python or Java, but I prefer Python because it has simple Syntex, easier to learn than other programming language.Don't be a Jack of all. Trade by trying to become and front and backend developer..Become an expert in one and jobs will find you if you successfully build few projects. Good luck
