For christ sake, you bought a electric generator and atrached it to a rotating disc and you are happy. The most painful part is that it generates power from water already stored in tank, a less efficient system of you ask me because power is still needed to fill up the tank

Learn the technical process of existing tech, see if you can design a more efficient process using your CAD.

That is where the genius is. That is where the money is.

What adjustments did he make to show his model is different from the ones that existed a century ago? None!
Did he solve inefficiency issues? No.
Again, it's 2020 and assembling toys like a basic water turbine should only be done by 8 year olds like I did when I was a preteen!

Actually i will like to appreciate is effort in doing this but on a more serious note, am also a mechanical engineering student and i didn't seems to understand those pictures at all, his he trying to tell me he made a cart alternator or what, because we both know an alternator is made of coil and from that you can easily generate electricity, what nigeria need is a better invention not combining to an alternator and a motorcycle RIM and calling it a turbine engine, how much voltage is this going to generate? maximum of 50-60V i guess, cos a car only needs 12volts which is probably what this is producing, a simple analogy from a card battery providing the ignition electricity to roll the engine and the vehicle engine acting as a turbine ti charge the battery via generating electricity from the alternator.

Anyways nice shot dude, you tried. we need engineering-minded people like you in this country

A turbine with motor coils will generate electricity.

The problem is what will keep the turbine turning permanently? Water, gas, wind, sea current etc.

Harnessimg this source of 'turning/rotation/oscillation' is what keeps power stakeholders awake at night
