The main cause of mine was lack of sleep...so I’ve been consciously trying to sleep earlier but I use paracetamol 2tabs or one tab of Tylenol pm (it has sleeping aid)
Try and find out the cause of the headaches tho...and I don’t think you’re supposed to exceed 6tabs a day

Thanks! I will try. Its 1:14am and my eyes are still wide open...I really want to sleep but can't. I had a webinar at work for about 5 hours so maybe too much screen time caused the headache today. Paracetamol has eased it a bit tho. Thanks again.

To say I'm tired of this belle is an understatement, now I know the real meaning of last month of pregnancy, I can't believe it 15th already and have not given birth, today I trek and was sweating like Christmas goat on reaching the hospital I told them I want to born that I'm tired they all laughed, now hubby is telling me to come to the bed that he can make me born like tomorrow me that avoided sex throughout this journey like plaque.

Abeg my July mama how I wan take beg this pikin make e come out cos I'm tired already

Hubby is right o. That was what I did too when I became tired of carrying belle plus trekking too. Same day mucus plug went out.

Good morning, pls I want to ask mothers here, my wife have never treated malaria since, and she is 35weeka already.
Though she is ok and our baby too is fine. She has not be regular on antinatal due to this pandemic. My question now is.
*Most she treats malaria since she is fine?
What can she use to treat malaria?
If she didn't treat it what are the risk?

Hello to all beautiful moms, congrats to all awaiting delivery, it will end in praise. My wife has been having a great journey until last week @ week 21 we registered for antinatal and given TT shot, malaria tab. Ever since then, it's been headache on and off, and worse off TOOTH ACHE. She has not slept all night. I wonder where it's coming from. We'll, I m certain it will pass. I LL like to get advise on how to handle this teeth thing so she can feel better asap. Thanks everyone. The ewedu was washed neatly and blended with the sticks. Then sieved.
Please I took half cup o.

Plus another thing you need to take into consideration is...I already had a baby before. That could also be a reason why it was bit less painful for me.

But you can try the ewedu all the same.

And wit immense gratitude to the most high, I hereby announce the birth of my princess at 6:22am this morning through vaginal delivery with minimal tears.
I got to the hospital at 5am and had my daughter at 6:22am with less drama. 2.6kg
Isn't God great?

I didn’t have malaria or take antimalarial during my first pregnancy and we were both fine.

Good morning.
Unfortunately both headaches/toothaches are common/normal in pregnancy usually caused by hormonal changes.
She can find out what causes the headaches and try to avoid them, drink plenty of water, get adequate sleep, reduce screentime and stressors and take paracetamol to ease the aches and probably one with sleeping aid to help her sleep. She can use baking soda to brush (gently and twice daily) or apply clove to the tooth to ease the pain.
