It's not easy to give birth, but those with evil mind will also have that strong evil strength to give birth in a secret place alone. She already had that thought from beginning that's why she could endure the pain and secretly when behind people to give birth and throw them away, I'm sure she left home all this while and travel to some where else to commit dis evil.

For her to have successfully done this, I'm sure she had assistance. To achieve this dastardly act successfully, she must have travelled to a place where she's is not known months before the pregnancy became obvious and kept mum about it. I'm sure after the delivery, she now disposed the babies and will have gone back to her real abode or another friends place to chill out so that the belly and pregnancy fat can come down. I'm sure once it has gone , she will now return to her real base with no questions asked.

I remember a time when a 14 year old girl delivered a child in my neighbourhood. People were filled with pity when she carried the pregnancy as the stomach was quite large.
