Please I'm really curious, do you compulsorily need to legalize your documents at the polish embassy? Or you just legalize at the ministry of education and foreign affairs.
Asking for university of Warsaw precisely

You authenticate at the Ministries of Education and Foreign Affairs and send your original documents. You can legalize when you go to apply for visa

Send the university a mail stating your concerns and specifically ask them if you can defer the admission if you don't get a visa before school resumes

Okay, that's relieving. Cos Adam mackiewiez would never accept your documents if you do not legalize at the embassy.so I just wanted to be sure uniWarsaw isn't like that.

thank you for this information.

But e go shock you when you enter a health center and see them issuing the same birth certificate from npc. Na 9ja we dey.

You may not be wrong too. If they do issue same at the Hospital it's all good. But then if you want it without having recourse to running Helter skelter for validation or whether you got the right thing or wrong one it better to be safe than sorry... The same effort it takes to go to the Hospital to get it would amount for the same to be used in locating and going to NPC office...

Anyone suitable is good Sha!

They're not yet open, my aunt gave me the phone number of someone who works at the MOF, he charged 1500 per document
I just gave him the documents and in less than 2hrs he called me and said he was done

Thanks Courage for this information.
Please I’ve been asked to submit a notarized copy of my original certificates by the school. Does it mean authenticating my documents as you did? Also, am I to notarize all documents that I’m sending to the school? (International passport, degree certificate, transcript etc)

Last but not the least, could you kindly share with me the number of the guy that sorted your authentication at the ministry so I can do likewise.

Thanks a lot.

I'll not like to share my score here.

Consideration for scholarship is only from the test not GPA + Test. I was not informed of my individual score. But I got a mail recently from the school with respect to writing an essay that qualifies someone for scholarship.

Yes the quant helped.

Hello Fabian,

Thanks for your help.
I done with the test aspect and have been told to send a notarized copy of my documents. I’m really confused.
1. Is notarization same as authentication at the ministry of education (been seeing authentication of the thread). How did you do yours?
2. Do I have to notarize all the documents that I’m sending to them? (Degree, transcript, passport, etc)
3. Did you include your Neco or Waec in your documents?

Thanks a lot

Notarization is different from authentication
You don't need to go to the MOE or MFA to get your documents notarized. Go to Ikeja high court if you're in Lagos and ask any of those agents for notarization, they'll direct you to a notary public. It cost me 500 per documents in 2018, I don't know how much it will cost now.

Ps: You can ask the school for the documents they want you to notarize

Good evening everyone. Please has anyone partook in the admission process of Environmental Management at the University Of Warsaw? I’d like to know how the interview questions are, for there are no interview questions when applying. Please, if you have, you can help a brother. Thanks
Re: Polish Student Visa by Growingboi(m): 6:42pm On Jul 22, 2020
From the little I know, public notary or notarisation is done at the state level(for Lagos it's located at Area F Police, Ikeja), authentication is done at the federal level(MoF/MoE), Legalisation is done at the intended country's embassy.

Though some country do mix it up, it is therefore wise to get the full information from the authority that requires it.

Hello Chinum, the notary they are talking about should be the one for Ministry of education and Foreign affairs.

Yes. You have to notarize all documents.

No, I did not include my wassce or neco because it was not required since I am going for MSC.
