Anybody can easily come on Nairaland and post sneaker pics claiming they sent it to the shipper .You wrote a bunch of lies on your write up , you might need to amend it . From the shipping fee to the expected time of delivery , u never mentioned yours is just to ship to the shipper and hands off did you ? These are points to take note of .not just posting cheap sneakers. Is your shipper on nairaland ? You might even be the same person posing as the shipper .
Please anyone that has done any deal with wholesalebeast since February till date and got his/her goods delivered should quote me .

It can’t take up to one month ?? Are you for real ? And someone posted he got something since March and isn’t delivered to him yet. Lock down in Nigeria started in April .and was eased on May 4th so don’t say it’s the pandemic . Even people that bought cars in April have recieved and cleared their cars talk more of sneakers How are we even sure it was delivered to any shipper ? You could just be tossing him back and forth . Do business with wholesalebeast at your own risk .im done talking a word is enough for the wise

Our customer service extends to recommending and keeping in touch with the shipper for a nice experience and seems that will stop now. No Chinese seller does this.

Many clients pay(even during lockdown till now) and we keep their orders in warehouse till they're ready to ship to Nigeria. Why? They are understanding & We've established a good relationship

Well I'm still an observant before a deal but hear this out on the bold... How did you get the tracking number when the goods are not really shipped. Could that be a wrong/ different shipped goods

Good day.
There are two parties involved; seller and shipper.
Here is how it works....

When you make an order, we send the package from our warehouse in Fujian to your shipper in Guangdong (using express courier like ZTO, STO, Yunda etc)
That's when we provide the tracking number of the sent package.
You would be able to know any progress on the logistics till it delivers to the shipper in China. If any problem with delivery, then you can take it up with us.

In this client's case, You can see we sent his order and they delivered on March 17th & 18th. The shipper CONFIRMED they received the packages.

It's their responsibility to deliver to you in Nigeria, not ours. We only help in communicating with the shipping company and getting updates regarding your shipment(MOST SELLERS DON'T DO THIS)
You can't blame us for issues with shipping to Nigeria. You can't blame the shipper if we don't send the order.

Please brethren we all already know the current situation at hand and the pandemic have disrupted so many activities. I read someone say the gave out tracking number . Should I tell you that phones I have ordered since March took over 2months which normally at max 11days to arrive in Nigeria with extra charges incurred while some are yet to land.

All what I'm saying is don't be so fast to conclude and give someone a bad reputation or review.
You have the right to be mad but from what I read the main clients aren't ranting is just viewers who will end up not buying anything at the end.
So keep calm me contact the shipper cause I guess she is not the shipper the confirm.

I chatted him up on Sunday and he told me he was going to send to shippers address and give me tracking number, up till today his responses has been nothing but very poor.
