this is Nigeria for you, don't forget also that hundreds of thousands if not millions of naira was budgeted for maintaining the website, and no one will be held accountable.

Pls I need clarification on one of my package which has been stuck at despatch to oversee since 25th of June and nothing has changed ever since then.

From past experience, I Believe the update between despatch to oversee and edi received. doesn’t take more than 5days or 7days max. But to my surprise that tracking hasn’t changed since then.

Pls I want to know if this won’t translate to issue of lost package because it’s unusual for tracking not to Be updated to edi received since that time which might mean that nipost hasn’t gotten the information that my package is being dispatched.

Experience gurus, pls I need advice.

Thanks

I think you and I are in the same boat. Mine has been like that since 25th of June too. Is it SignPost?

Please can someone kindly confirm if Zenith Mastercard is currently accepted on aliexpress,
I had a declined transaction around 3am this morning.
Though I went to their branch and was informed, that they only stopped the use of the card to withdraw physical cash from ATM abroad, online transactions are still supported.
Should I try again?

Edi received (electronic data interchange) means the logistics information about your goods have been synchronized with that of nipost. What it basically means is that you can further track and receive update info about your goods on nipost website. But your goods probably just left Singapore post and still far from Nigeria.

My order have been stuck on EDI received since may 26th and up till now have not arrived Nigeria.

Please i want someone to attempt my questions.

1. Did anyone recently received a parcel from China Post ordinary small packet or 4px Singapore post om pro? I haven't received the parcel i ordered since February that is about five months now.

2. Was anyone able to pay for items with his/her GtBank naira master card today?
I'm unable to pay with mine since last night, i even tried my friend access bank master card but yet no avail am getting Error "This payment has been declined by your card issuer. Error code: CSC_7200015
Payment Failed" as shown in image.

Is anyone experiencing same problems? Were you able to solve it??
Please help oo

To first question. I got two parcels that have spent more than 80 days in transit yesterday.

What I noticed in the tracking info though is that the carrier kept kljumping between Cainiao to 4px to Singapore back to Cainaio and eventually to Singapore and finally to EMS at final delivery.

Don't know if that's the usual behaviour. 24track app gives such detailed info and I just started using it recently, been hitherto using 17track app.

I just speak with GtBank customer care on phone and i was told that we can no longer use the GtBank naira mastercard for international transactions due to security reasons.

I really need to purchase an order on AliExpress, please which bank card is currently working without issues? And can i get the bank card today before dusk?

GT fall hand big time, has joined the bad gang. They have become a bad shaid. Sadly I don't own a Zenith account. I'll try stanbic sha.

A Samsung screen and with aliexpress standard shipping managed by 4px and singpost. I was charged $8 shipping fee and its a registered mail.

I made the order 2th April and it was shipped 29th April. Arrived Singapore 5th may and left Singapore for Nigeria 25th may.

This is my package status but my package is not yet at my local post office.

I am in Ijebu-Ode.

According to the last update on your tracking info, it's three weeks after "failure delivery". I believe your parcel should be in your local PO under normal circumstances.

But that may not be so this time around that NIPOST staff seems to be using Corona and lockdown as an excuse for mediocrity and redundancy while getting salaries for works left undone.

There is an item that reached my local post office since March but up till now I have not set my eyes on it. Meanwhile I have gotten most other items shipped before and after it. I have handed over the tracking number to the postal officer demanding that they fish out the item wherever it is.

Visit your post office and tell them you have a parcel with them according to delivery info. They may have it in their store there but their lackadaisical attitude and laziness of late won't want to find these parcels. Tell them it's important cause the person that sent it is disturbing you already.

Use whatever you see there or opt for DHL or FedEx and hope that the custom duty don't follow it.

Got two refunds today. Requirements include:

1) Only open dispute when the item has exceeded 90 days and the goods is yet to get you as evidenced by the tracking details.

2) For best result ensure you open dispute after five days or more after purchase protection is over; remember you still can open dispute within 15 days when purchase protection has finished.

3) Do not open numerous dispute when purchase protection is still available. This may lead to AE not honoring it or worse case scenario banning you from the platform.

Lastly,

4) Make your case with as much detail as you can and don't listen to sellers that tell you not to open dispute. The same seller will very likely totally ignore you if you listened to them and didn't open dispute when you had the time.

Hey guys, anyone knows if gtbank still processes naira master card for transactions? I ask because the last time I tried to buy something via PayPal I was told they have stopped PayPal transactions. Has this been extended to all online transactions?

If gt still processes transactions at what rate? If anyone made transactions in the last couple of days how much did gtb charge on a dollar. Thanks
