Get your Airtel night plan and download complete HTML courses from free tutorials USA. I recommend the one by Maxmillian schwarz. YouTube is good but it's so easy for a beginner to get lost. Udemy offers a structured syllabic way of learning.

Thanks...

@Ejiod good afternoon, how're you doing sir?

Please I just started learning HTML&CSS using freecodecamp YouTube tutorial videos, from the comment section on their YouTube channel it seems like they tutorial video for HTML&CSS is really good so I downloaded it.It's about 11hours+(Thanks to my 3airtel sim cards)

But the issue now is that I'm finding it a bit difficult to comprend what the tutor is teaching and he is a bit fast. The tutor sound like an Indian, maybe that's the reason

But before downloading this tutorial video I was watching Bucky Robert(newboston) videos and the guy seem to be very good and understandable but I had to stop because a programmer friend or mine said his videos are outdated and lot of stuffs have changed in the HTML,CSS and JavaScript world so I had to stop.

Meanwhile he said Visual code text editor is better than Notepad++ which is what the newboston guy uses.
So I'm just asking if the newboston guy tutorial videos are really outdated or maybe I could still use it
I understand how you feel especially with those in Indian dudes based on their speech. See try using codacademy and try visiting Mosh on YouTube. If not just go this site and search for what you need

Men! people are seriously studying.

The thread is Soo cold.

I don't know who needs to hear this -- hang on, keep studying. Las Las we go dey alright.

I'm currently at the isolation center (tested positive for covid. Yesterday was my birthday -- I celebrated it with SQL tutorial) Omo, na me and my system o. The CCTV control room guys are complaining that I am always on my system (I smiled. If only they knew what is happening on this thread smiley )

PS: first comment on the thread. Also, if you need constant power supply with free food and top notch care, try the nearest isolation center and you'll be fine. I'm almost done with the SQL tutorial, after which I'll progress into powerBI. I really need this isolation grin . Peace!

I don't know which OS you are using. I'm using Windows and I can locate it at my start menu shown below. I pinned it to my task bar to make it easily accessible. You can also open it through anaconda prompt by typing, jupyter notebook, then click enter.

I think the way to learn this stuff is to start learning it.

Don't just read through the thread without taking actions.

I started with sql and I must confess its not difficult from the angle im seeing it from.

After i finish with sql, i intend to take excel both basic and advance

Then i will go for python and tableau and powerbi

But I'm sure with sql and excel you can get a job either as a database admin or data analyst, i stand to be corrected.

I'm so happy right now grin grin

I mean it's already a month and 6days in this journey. Before now, around 2019 or so, before school resumption I watched some videos on python but I didn't take it too serious. And yes I have a good foundation in Excel since my 300lvl cos I use it to plot assignments on graphs(A bit complex ones) and I make lot of money from it grin . I also understand the syntaxes and it's operations but I would still love to know more.

By June 20th 2020(last month) I saw this thread and I became very serious to know more about Data analysis. So serious that I had to Deactivate my Whatsapp cos it's always taking my precious time away.

Now here I am today and here are the things I have learnt after staying away from Social media for a month and 6days.
(1). Python (Intermediate tho smiley )
(2). Pandas (Intermediate) although I can do almost anything with it but I won't still call myself a pro. Pandas is much better than excel as it could run many cells operations.
(3). Matplotlib (Same as pandas, my wonderful friend)
(4). Numpy ( still a learner cos I haven't seen much of it's use). And lastly
(5). Pyplot (my very good friend also)
Currently I'm leaning Seaborn and Powerbi.

Honestly speaking I know there are much more to learn sad . But seeing that I'm still a student, I feel I need to focus more on the ones that are more important to me as a student. So my targets are:

(1). Master all these tools in Data Analysis I've learnt so far. Later on after my studies, I'll learn Sql, Tableau and others.

(2). Find out which tool is best for ANOVA design table.

(3) Do Data Analysis for your fellow final year students undergraduate report and get paid
(4). Conduct Seminars for Students in Data Analysis and get paid grin

Please do well to profer any other library or tool to help meet my targets especially in the ANOVA design.

Thank you @Ejiod for the wonderful thread and to everyone on this platform

I went through this problem last 2 weeks after I uninstalled anaconda and reinstalled. It was hell, it made me factory reset my PC, I almost broke my machine due to the frustrations, searched online, but nothing concrete to address this problem. After some days I found the solution.

Uninstall anaconda, when reinstalling check "install for all users" as against "install for just me"
On the next installation page leave as default(second box checked only) if you have a python installed on your machine before, otherwise , check the both boxes if you are installing python (through anaconda) for the first time.

Hope this helps.

Well done bro.. I'm almost at the same level with you; I just finished Matplotlib tutorials days back and I will really appreciate it if you can share some of the projects you worked on with me(or share a link of where I can get them) to practice with them too in order to master the skills.

Thats very good. Keep it up sir. Yes you can check out *CS DOJO* and *Keith Galli* on YouTube. Check for their Videos on Intro to Data Science and Visualization, pandas, pyplot, Matplotlib, etc. They will open your eyes.

Modified
I use my book to take down every step about just any of the tools I'm learning from any of the videos. I literally have a jotter where I took down every steps. I do this cos I'll still go through my jottinngs whenever I'm not on my system. So It requires patience.
