With all sincerity , i wants to stop gambling. If someone would tell me at my present age, i will be gambling i wont believe.

It all started, when i was pretty young i nd my brothers ,together with friends will gamble with coke bottle cover,later we graduated to card and now it football bet.

Personally , i kn0w d only set back i have in life is this gambling, as i dont drink nd smoke.

Please, how do i stop gambling, just this year alone i cant open my mouth to tell someone what have lost, it only i and my bae who has been begging me to stop can tell in details. I hv lost a lot i swear down.

Just finish praying and asking God to take away d spirit of gambling, d habit of gambling, the spirit of greed out of me.

gambling destroys life and addictive. In developed country like uk people are able to ban themselves from entering those betting shop and it helps. In the case of Nigeria it's not in force. Getting someone you trust to manage your money helps, admit to that person and let hem know how bad your addiction is then read a lot about damages gambling could cost and watch anti gambling videos online, it could help reset your brain. 2. Make a decision you won't play any game that day

6. After adhering to no: 1-5 for a period of time,leave the shop

The only you can stop it is to forgive urself the losses u av made on gambling... The reason must people go back is in a bid to chase thier losses. Then determine within yourself that the money u have now u will use it for something productive. Also work with the mentality that any money you make you want it to be a clean money that comes out your dignified labour. Pray to God to help you too and rely on him to bless you. Am also a gambler but thanks be to God its been over a year i gambled now even with the way bet9ja is littered all over my street i made it a pledge not to enter there to watch match or even go there to charge my phone...
