Guys thank you for your constant support. With the information I get here, my wife have been able to do everything and she is at the Nclex stage. We are preparing for Nclex now.
Question that I have is that, when will this ban be lifted??
As most agencies are refusing to sponsor us to the USA even if she passed Nclex. That alone is weighing her down.
What ban is this Biko?

My friend got the job while pregnant but they asked her to wait a little till she gave birth. She was due in dec 2018, hence she didn't resume in the nov batch but had to wait till march 2019 batch. She completed the job processing in sept/oct

Yes you can get a job while pregnant, let your employer know you are pregnant and in your first trimester. It's still early, if everything goes smoothly without delays you can still travel and start working. I have a colleague here that came with her pregnancy, but you are only entitled to the government maternity allowance when you deliver. Your employer won't pay you anything since you didnt work for at least 1 year before going on maternity leave. If you decide to go back to work before your leave ends, the government pay will end too and your salary will resume.

[quote author=barbiee post=71596409] I placed my application on hold cause I couldn't rectify the date of birth problem with nursing council. I want to try UK route for now then switch over to USA on a later date.

Hello good evening , I have similar date of Birth issues with Nursing and midwifery board of Nigeria, my application with the board of Ireland is on hold because of this issue. please were you able to solve yours? if yes please can you guide me through it or recommende me to the person who held you thanks. Awaiting your reply.
