It might be a virus on your device or from the pornographic/free downloading websites you people have been browsing.

Also note that I can open the page now. When it was taken to front page , I couldn't open that very page without the form popping up.
The form was called "Authentication Form" and read " to access this page enter your Username and password."

It was designed in such a way that if you do not fill it you will not be able to view the thread.

I logged into nairaland with Safari on my iPad using WiFi with connection to the hospot of my Xiaomi and also used chrome on my Xiaomi and did not experience same form.

My first suspicion was Opera mini but the thing is that I used Twitter and surfed through various sites on the internet for hours without noticing same. I only noticed it on Nairaland.
