Funny enough it was intercontinental bank they acquired first before Diamond.

Since 29th June 2020, Access bank refused to refund me the sum of #266,555.00 on a failed international transaction. Even when I gave them the proof from the merchant that the payment was not successful, they told me to wait for 45-75days and if possible, they will add extra 30days on it... I have been to their head office several times and even call contact centre, yet they keeps telling me the same thing... Once I gets my funds, I will drop them...

Would drop by one of their branches here in Nairobi tomorrow to see things for myself. Well they shouldn't come up with their Nigerian sms and card maintenance charges they are used to in Nigeria because Kenyan banks don't charge for such.

I use a visa card linked to my Kenyan bank account and never for once have I been charged for card maintenance nor sms.
