Dbanj clearly stated that he is suing the babe because of the embarrassment and psychological trauma... so technically, whether she withdraws her case or not is irrelevant and she will STILL be sued.

Technically, the case should continue as no individual can stop a criminal proceeding. It's an offence against the state, not to the individual so the state is prosecuting. In reality however, the case could not proceed without her cooperation because she's a key witness. Her loss of interest would certainly mean the end of the case..
