Rice, Beans, and Plantain with a side of Mixed Veggies, and Chicken.

Dinner:
Baked Potato Wedges, Greek Salad (substituted Greek Ranch for Titsazki(not sure of the spelling), Meatball, and Meatloaf.

Yum! I feel very hungry now.

That is it but is not the normal rice we eat, there is a special rice for it. You can even use maize to make it but the rice is more popular and taste great with soup or with yaji.

You will need rice(the one used in making swallow). Soak for some hours till soft, drain and taking to a mill for grinding. Meanwhile, take a cup of the rice and boil till soft. After grinding the raw one, you mix with the cooked one and add your yeast, cover and allow it to rise. Some leave for some hours but some over night.
NB:the local rice is the best for it. Hope dis helps
