You need to take sleeping medicine avoid caffeinated drinks or drugs and drink a lot of water.

Sorry to hear about that. There are several causes of headache and most are often benign. So this is also likely benign and will go away but you should consult a doctor to make sure. And especially as that will reduce the anxious thoughts that comes with it.

You were probably stressed at some point and the headache came on to be temporary and leave, but being anxious about it must have made it worse and linger for this long.

What side of your head? Is it localized to only a spot? Does it cause a significant change to your vision (cos then maybe migraine or other cause), any history of migraine? etc Doctors in the house may be able to use this info to offer advice.

I'll say you go check it out at the doctor's. Again there are several causes, and recommending solutions here will be sort of generic. But here goes:

Drink lots of water
If its migraine, find your trigger and avoid it (could be food, light, etc)
Clear your mind of any anxious thoughts and practice relaxation techniques
Avoid your phone screen as much as possible at night - atleast 1hr before going to bed (this has been proven several times to work)
Try to sleep. Even if its not coming, stay in bed and rid your mind of any anxious thoughts
And if you're a believer, pray. He gives His beloved sweet sleep

A scammer could come out with a different Moniker and say he wants to help you. They will now say you shouldn't do anything about the issue since they are already working on it. Don't fall for that trick.
When anyone is saying they want to help you, subtly put it to them that alot of people are already working on it

Sorry for your experience. Try and Google how to retrieve your money back from Scammers and follow the process diligently.

Also please post the name of the company on all social media as scams attaching the name on the bank account to your post on Twitter and Facebook. Copy the EFCC too
