I am not the type that usually post his personal probs on social media but this i am confused i really need your help guys

I am in my early 20`s i am an orphan so i spent most of my days with my aunt who i took as my mum my dad was a manager of a bank at lekki and my mum was a sec to the manager at NNPC Benin my problem now is that my aunt is double minded, we have successfully taken charge of my mums properties which is under my aunts name cause i was not of age , i am now ready to take my dads property and inheritance he left for me my aunt is telling me all sorts of stuffs from me needing to finish my program in school to making achievements and all sorts of stuffs and the issue is i don`t like the present condition i am in now yes i am working at a private firm as a lab tech i get good paying cash but shes still insist i no go for my inheritance and i have been trying to explain to her that there is a specific time before the bank make it their assets she seems unwilling.
you may be asking y i need her consent i get goo paying cash yes but i need my moms properties and cash she kept for me thats in my aunts name be i dont know how to ask her for it cause she gets all sentimental the last time i tried.

need your advice guys, what should i do?

the lawyer is not the problem my aunt is

probably money is gone and property deed was sold to a bank against some cash... as much as aunt may become your enemy, i suggest you get a lawyer and demand to know what happened to your inheritance, via a court ruling.

If she was tha enemy i`ll know i have a step-mom my aunts scared she might harm me in a way.
